About the Event
This is a charity event that supports Mill City Park, the 501(c)3 nonprofit working to build New England's first whitewater park, community adventure park, and conserve the Winnipesaukee River Watershed, near Franklin.
The challenge is for runners, walkers, hikers, bikers, and paddlers to compete for the most miles over a two week period, starting on June 20th and ending at noon on July 4th.
Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of $100 for Mill City Park. Donated prizes from event sponsors will be awarded for the top fundraisers and additional prizes awarded to the winners of each category. To be clear the BEST EVENT prizes will be awarded to the top fundraisers!
- By Waddle - walking, running, and hiking
- By Water - rowing, kayaking, and canoeing
- By Wheel - cycling, biking, and mountain biking
*This is a human powered challenge. Any use of motors or electricity is prohibited.
Participants are required to pay the entrance fee, and are challenged to help raise funds for the nonprofit. In support of this, please click here to access the Fundraising Tracker Sheet.
We encourage all participants to utilize the Strava App for your cell phone, to accurately track your progress over the allotted time. If Strava is not available, results are based on the honor system, and should be reported to us via this tracking sheet.
Both tracking sheets will also be provided to you through registration.
