Franklin First Day is an annual community tradition to ring in the new year on January 1, 2026 at Trestle View Park in Franklin, NH! This event features our Annual Chili Cook Off Competition, the Infamous Polar Plunge Fundraiser, whitewater kayaking and spectating!

Boat Bash Snow Crash
Join us in partnership with The Franklin Outing Club on Saturday, March 7th, 2026 for an epic day of kayak racing, open sledding, spectating, skiing, tasty bites and community fun at the Veterans Memorial Recreation Area! Located at 266 Flaghole Road, Franklin, NH.

Winni River Days
Join us for a weekend full of community fun and outdoor adventures as we celebrate the heart and soul of Franklin, NH - The Winnipesaukee River! Mill City Park is planning for the 7th Annual Winni River Days to be held June 19th and 20th, 2026 at Trestle View Park, Mill City Park and Central Street in downtown Franklin, NH. This event features activities for paddlers and non-paddlers alike: free live music, food vendors, kayaking competitions, vendor village, kids activities, and more!

Festival Del Taco
This annual event is a community favorite! This September, Franklin will decide who will be the 2026 Taco Champion and take home the coveted Golden Taco Trophy! Join us in Downtown Franklin to enjoy a delicious array of tacos, support local business and Mill City Park!
