Franklin First Day--- a celebratory tradition that goes back for over 30 years in the city of Franklin. This year's event will feature Mill City Park's Annual Polar Plunge Fundraiser and Annual Chili Cook Off Competition. Each of these events helps to raise the necessary funds to continue our efforts to improve the land-based portion of Mill City Park.
Our mission aims to repower our community by connecting folks to the Winnipesauke River. Be an essential part of the development of Mill City Park at Franklin Falls as we continue its story for the betterment of our community.

Mill City Park is hosting our Annual Chili Cook-Off, and we’re looking for the boldest, most flavorful creations around.
